MEET DEVON
My practice is built on relationships that don't appear in any public database. The properties I represent are introduced to a handful of buyers, often before the seller has decided whether they're truly listing.
I came to real estate after a decade in private banking. The buyers I work with - family offices, founders post-exit, multigenerational ownership - expect the same discretion, the same depth of underwriting, and the same long view they get from their wealth advisors.
Most of what I do never appears in this portfolio. The work that does is here because the owners chose to make it so.
